Emergency Maintenance
The following are examples of emergencies where the on-call maintenance team should be contacted.


  • No Heat/Air Conditioning
  • Loss of Electricity
  • Refrigerator Not Working
  • Water Leak
  • Smell of Natural Gas
  • Broken, Shattered, or Cracked Window Glass
  • Unsecured Apartment or Garage


Please use your best judgment. If your request fits the emergency criteria, please call 515.509.1307 immediately.


Helpful Reminders

  • Regularly clear lint from the dryer vent to prevent issues.
  • Maintain proper load sizes - overloading the washer or dryer can cause damage to the machine.
  • Reduce condensation during the winter months by keeping blinds open and ensuring proper airflow within the unit.
  • Make sure windows are completely closed and properly locked.
  • Throughout the duration of the lease, changing batteries and light bulbs is the responsibility of the tenant(s).
